Many of our customers come to us through recommendations from family, friends, neighbours, and carers. If someone you know may benefit from a safer, more accessible bathroom, you’re welcome to pass on our details.

If they choose to contact us and later go ahead with an installation, they can mention your name. Once their installation is fully completed, you may receive a small thank‑you from us as a gesture of appreciation.

At Keystone Mobility, many of our projects come from the kind words of our customers. To show our appreciation, we’ve created a referral
programme exclusively for those who have already had a bathroom adaptation completed by us.

Who Can Take Part?
This programme is only available to previous Keystone Mobility customers.

Your Reward
For each successful referral, you can choose:

  • £150 gift card, or
  • £150 donation to a charity of your choice

Each customer can receive rewards for up to three successful referrals, subject to our terms and conditions

How It Works

You receive three referral cards

Once your bathroom adaptation is completed, your contract pack will include three personalised referral cards.

You fill in your details

Add your name and customer reference number to each card.

You pass the cards to friends or family

Give the cards to people you know who may benefit from a bathroom adaptation.

Your friend presents the card

When they meet our surveyor or representative, they simply show the referral card. This is how we confirm who recommended us.

Their installation is completed

Once their bathroom adaptation is finished, your referral becomes successful.

You receive your reward

Choose between a £150 gift card or a £150 charity donation.
